Two Pulling Directions, One Back Station
A complete back program alternates between vertical pulls such as pulldowns and horizontal pulls such as rows, yet many compact rooms can only fit one dedicated back machine. A Lat Pulldown / Seated Row Machine bridges that gap by offering both cable heights on a single frame, so members train the lats from above and the mid-back from across the body without switching machines. This combo format is especially attractive to studios and home gyms where back-space discipline matters as much as exercise variety.
TL26 Construction and Modes
The TL26 combines a high-pulley lat pulldown with a low-pulley row to cover comprehensive back training needs. The rigid steel frame and selectorized stack support controlled pulling work for commercial and home use, and two cable heights let coaches alternate vertical and horizontal pulling within the same station.
- High pulldown and low row dual training modes on one frame
- Steel frame built on stable 100*50*2.5 mm tubing
- Selectorized 80 kg weight stack with quick load selection
- Smooth pulley and cable drive across both cable heights
- Padded seat and chest support, plus a color-customizable black-red finish
The chest support for the row mode keeps the torso steady while the high pulldown seat anchors the legs, so both directions use a stable setup rather than a compromise position between them.
Ideal Room Placement
This commercial lat pulldown / seated row machine anchors commercial back training bays where square footage limits dedicated single-mode stations. Home gym cable stations adopt the dual-mode design for a more complete routine in one corner, and modern commercial gyms slot it into circuit layouts where members alternate pull and press moves. Professional training circuits use the quick mode change to keep group sessions moving between exercises.
Buyer Checklist
Compare high and low pulley height ranges, row chest pad adjustment, stack capacity and handle compatibility before purchase. Buyers sourcing plate loaded machines wholesale alongside selectorized combos can request coordinated paint codes across the order.
